Andrea Neel
30-A, Destin, and Panama City Beach continue to be top investment markets for short-term rentals, which is why Andrea proudly represents this area for her clients' real estate dreams. With roots in the Dallas, Texas area, Andrea and her husband, Grant, personally invested in the 30-A area and have experienced the lucrative results of their short-term rental properties. This investment decision led Andrea to refer friends to buy in the area at first, then ultimately led her to become a realtor herself. Her 20-year corporate career in Employee Benefit Sales involved developing deep relationships with her insurance broker clients and these skills easily transferred to her real estate career; focused on working with investors and second homeowners.
From investing, acquisition, managing of short-term rentals, and design/remodel, real estate is a tremendous passion for Andrea and it’s easy to see why clients rely on her to help with their buying and selling needs. She and her husband are currently building a custom home in the Seagrove area. When you don’t find Andrea working with clients, she spends time with her husband and two children. She is frequently on the tennis courts at Gleneagles Country Club in Plano, or Watersound Beach Club near their second home on 30-A. As a proud member of the Corcoran Reverie family, Andrea carries those values, hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does.
