With a background in structural building and maintenance, Josh built a career as a government contractor supporting the Navy, Marine Core, and Airforce. As he built his career supporting the warfighter, he began to invest in long-term rental units and fell in love with real estate, so much so that he decided to get his real estate license and start his real estate journey.
Born in California at his father's last military post, they packed up and moved to Panama City to be closer to family. Typically, people take for granted the awesome places they grew up in, except for Josh. As a 34-year resident, he has spent most of his life here at the world’s most beautiful beaches. Growing up here has shaped him to be the outdoor-loving, family-oriented man he is today.
Like most things, real estate transactions are a process, just a longer process with more emotions involved. Josh's time working with numerous government contracts has conditioned him to understand these types of processes and trust them. Having the right people, support, systems, and tools are the recipe for success to get to closing. Josh's goal is to provide the best information to his customers and guide them to success.
