Christine Barnes

Living in the Midwest as an educator, Christine spent nearly every break and vacation in the beautiful Panhandle region for over 20 years. Early on, it became evident this was not only the place her family wanted to spend vacation time, but it was the place she knew would become our eventual full-time home and community.
Being an educator, Christine immersed herself in learning about the area, and about investing in real estate. After purchasing and self-managing her first vacation property, her passion was discovered. Soon a second investment property, then a third and a fourth were added and a new path begun. As a real estate agent, Christine's goal is to help other investors experience the joy of finding the right investment property be it a short or long term rental property, vacation home, retirement home or flip. Her experiences in investing and property self-management, helped her develop an understanding of what is beneficial for those going through the process of investing, whether it’s the first home or fifth home being purchased. Helping investors to determine their goals and find just the right property, as well as making the process as seamless as possible is her passion. Christine looks forward to helping others realize their dreams of real estate investing on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Northwest Florida.
