Marilyn Carson, | Corcoran Reverie

Amassing sales of almost a half of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson’s real estate career began in 1997 in The Woodlands, Texas. Marilyn received numerous awards and accolades in her 25 year career in Texas including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, Top 1% of all agents in Texas and The Greater Houston Builder’s Association Realtor of the Year. In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to Florida. Since 30A always held a special place in their hearts with many great family vacation memories through the years, it seemed like a natural place for them to settle. Once full time on 30A, Marilyn continued her real estate career with Rosemary Beach Realty. But in 2020 at the height of the pandemic Marilyn’s family called her back to The Woodlands where she now splits her time. In The Woodlands, Marilyn again joined forces with her longtime friend and broker Beth Ferester, who in 2022 affiliated with the Corcoran Group to form Corcoran Ferester Realty. It only seemed logical for Marilyn to join the Corcoran family on 30A as well, so in August, Marilyn and her team made the move over to Corcoran Reverie. Marilyn has sold over $150 million in luxury real estate and investment properties on 30A to date and has great expertise in all areas of 30A living.

Marilyn has two fantastic children, Delanie and Ryan and two adorable French Bulldogs Georgie and Hank. Delanie is a graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) and resides in Nashville, Tennessee. Ryan and his wife Kaitlyn along their 3 year old son Colin (Gigi’s pride and joy) live in Northwest Houston. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas before attending The University of Texas and later graduating from the University of Houston with a BA in Advertising and Marketing where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Marilyn has been active as a past board member of the American Heart Association, a sustaining member of the Junior League, a member of ZTA Alumni Association and a Lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
