A true native of this stretch of the Gulf Coast, Bryan Chapman grew up in Panama City Beach, Florida. For the last fifteen years he has witnessed a great deal of growth and change, while working hand in hand with active duty military as a government contractor.
Bryan’s government work resulted in the management of multi-billion dollar contracts and after spending the first decade in the field, Bryan eventually managed 188 employees over the final five years of that career. This allowed him to interact with a plethora of personality types and he feels especially fortunate for the opportunity to travel the globe conducting military training operations.
Switching gears to life back on the panhandle, Bryan was drawn to a career in real estate because of a passion for relationship building and an interest in measurable goal-setting. With his longtime Local’s perspective on the communities of South Walton, he easily builds trust and rapport with his clients.
Bryan’s professionalism absolutely sets him apart from others in the field. When troubleshooting potential challenges, Bryan focuses on the end goal and not the obstacle, finding this often is the key to successful negotiations.
Always recognizing the importance of availability, Bryan maintains open communication with his clients throughout the buying or selling process.
As family is extremely important to him, helping other families take the leap to buy real estate at the beach further motivates Bryan. He feels the positive energy of this active and outdoors-focused area makes his work even more fulfilling.
When not helping his clients with their goals, Bryan connects to his community through volunteerism - both as a coach for local youth programs and for middle school boys’ basketball. He also makes time for the unparalleled beauty of South Walton and enjoys fishing, bike riding, hiking, camping, and boating with his wife of 20 years, Katie, and their three boys Hunter, Easton, and Finn.
