A life-long resident of Northwest Florida, born and raised along the beautiful Emerald Coast, Melanie comes from a multi-generational family of land developers, general contractors, real estate brokers and agents - ties that have helped her acquire a unique knowledge of the area and market, and in turn, millions of dollars in sales during her career.

As a Realtor® who is also a military dependent, Melanie is especially attuned to the challenges of relocating families - and the importance of service. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) / Florida Military Specialist (FMS), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), holds the Luxury Homes Certification (LHC), as well as advanced designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the gold standard distinction of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).

Melanie is an avid nature lover and truly loves where she lives! She cherishes family time spent along the beautiful Emerald Coast with her husband, three children, daughter-in-law, and two precious grandchildren. Having followed her husband through his 22 years US Air Force military career, Melanie can honestly say, “There’s no place like home!” She’s now living the dream and “Selling Home” in her own special paradise.
