Joe brings over 30 years of professional medical sales, business management, and sales development to the real estate industry in Florida. His management and sales leadership in the medical industry will translate well to taking care of his clients in the real estate market.
His real estate career started out in Jonesboro, AR where he grew up, buying rental property while in college. He and his wife Suzanne have always dabbled in the real estate market flipping over 20 properties and managing 80+ rental units. After 30 years in medical sales, he finally gets to focus on his dream of selling and developing real estate at the beach. His passion in taking care of people will drive his success in taking care of his clients in the future. He has spent the last 5 years working with one of the top contractors in Little Rock. His background in contracting, rentals, and flipping houses will make this transition to real estate sales and development in the 30-A area, a dream come true. Joe is a father of three and grandfather to 2. He and Suzanne have moved to Rosemary Beach with their son Jes. Suzanne and Joe are working together as team Simpson! They enjoy boating, airplanes, the beach, and the great wines and food that 30A has to offer.
