Tonya Pippin grew up locally and has always counted South Walton and 30A among her favorite beaches due to the planned communities' beautiful architecture, fine dining and art showcases.
After graduating from the University of Florida and completing post-baccalaureate studies in Business and Computer Science, she joined Pippin Appraisal Services, Inc., a real estate appraisal company her husband founded in 1985. She wore many hats over her 14 years there including Vice President, Office Manager and Research Analyst. After the passing of her husband in 2016, Tonya took time off to heal and travel. In 2018, she re-entered the workforce and spent a year as the Director or Operations for a boutique luxury real estate company located on 30A before becoming a real estate sales associate. In 2018, she made South Walton her new home and lives in Santa Rosa Beach.
Tonya has spent her career serving on various boards and associations, including Chipola College Foundation where she served for 7 years including one year as President, Washington County Planning Commission where she served for 10 years including 3 years as Chairperson, Washington County Arts Council where she served as President, Pine Bluff at Falling Water HOA where she is the current President, Take Stock in Children and Junior Achievement, just to name a few.
Tonya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, traveling, Florida Gator football, the beach and reading. After visiting many beaches in the world, she still thinks that the beaches of the Emerald Coast are the most beautiful.
